Convergence Conference

Brand Identity & Event Design for Legacy Ministries International

When Legacy Ministries International approached PRAZEWORKS Digital, the brief wasn’t just about creating something visually appealing, it was about expressing something deeply meaningful.

Their conference, Convergence, exists to bring together believers from different Christian backgrounds, traditions, and theological “streams” into a shared, Christ-centred focus. The identity needed to reflect unity without erasing diversity. That tension became the foundation of the design.

The Challenge

How do you visually represent multiple streams becoming one, without losing the individuality of each?

This wasn’t a branding exercise that could rely on trends or aesthetics alone. The design needed to carry a message:

  • Distinct origins
  • Intentional movement
  • A unified destination

The Concept

The solution came through geometry.

Using clean lines and triangular forms, we developed a visual language centred around convergence. Four directional streams, represented by lines—flow inward, each forming a triangle. Together, these triangles create a complete square.

The symbolism is simple, but intentional:

  • Four streams → different backgrounds, traditions, and perspectives
  • Triangles → strength, direction, and movement
  • Square → unity, stability, and completeness

Colour played an important role too. A balanced use of red and blue—two streams of each—reinforces both contrast and harmony. Distinct, yet working together.

The Outcome

The final identity is both flexible and recognisable. It scales well across digital and in-person environments while maintaining its meaning.

More importantly, it resonates with the heart of the conference: many streams, one focus.

Deliverables Across Each Event

Because Convergence runs multiple times a year, the brand needed to be repeatable and adaptable.

For each conference, we produced a consistent set of assets:

  • On-the-day visuals
Designed for projection and live streaming using ProPresenter, ensuring a cohesive in-room and online experience.
  • Social media graphics
Promotional posts and shareable content tailored for reach and clarity.
  • Event cover imagery
Platform-specific designs for Facebook and Eventbrite to maintain a professional and unified presence.
  • Supporting promotional material
Graphics for related initiatives and partner organisations.
  • Online shop artwork
Clean, consistent visuals for recorded session sales, helping extend the life of each event beyond the day itself.

Tools Used

The project was delivered using a primarily open-source design workflow:

  • Penpot – for collaborative UI and layout design
  • Inkscape – for vector artwork and logo creation
  • GIMP – for image editing and asset preparation
  • ProPresenter – for live event visuals

This approach aligns with our commitment to flexibility, transparency, and cost-effective delivery.

Final Thoughts

This wasn’t just about creating a logo or a set of graphics.

It was about capturing a message:
that unity doesn’t require uniformity—and that when different streams come together with purpose, something stronger is formed.
